Account Management
Changing Your Password
Go to Settings → Security. Click "Change Password" and enter your current password followed by your new one. We recommend using a strong, unique password with at least 12 characters.
Updating Email Address
Navigate to Settings → Profile. Update your email address and verify it via the confirmation link sent to your new email. Your billing notifications will be sent to the updated address.
Managing Connected Accounts
Go to Settings → Connected Accounts to view all linked social media profiles. Click "Disconnect" to revoke access, or "Reconnect" to refresh expired OAuth tokens.
Upgrading or Switching Your Plan
Visit Billing → Manage Subscription, pick the plan you want, and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately and the remainder of the current cycle is pro-rated by Lemon Squeezy.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancel any time from the in-app Billing page or the Lemon Squeezy customer-portal link in your most recent receipt. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for; the account then reverts to the Free plan. See our Refund Policy for the 7-day money-back guarantee on technical issues.
Payment Methods
Subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy supports major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, and handles VAT / GST / sales tax for you. Update your card-on-file from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in any receipt.
