Scheduling & Content Calendar
Plan your content strategy by scheduling uploads to go live at the optimal time for each platform. Scheduling is available on every plan — quota varies (Free: 5/month, Basic: 10/month, Premium: 30/month, Enterprise: unlimited).
How Scheduling Works
When creating an upload, instead of clicking "Distribute Now", use the scheduling option. You can set a specific date and time for each platform independently, or choose the same time across all platforms.
Time Zone Handling
Your scheduled time is based on your local time zone as set in your account settings. MultiPost converts this to UTC internally and ensures each platform receives the correct publish time.
Per-Platform Scheduling
Set different publish times for each platform. For example, post to YouTube at 9 AM, TikTok at 12 PM, and Instagram at 6 PM to maximize engagement across audiences.
Calendar Drag-and-Drop
View every scheduled post in the Calendar. Drag a card to a new day to reschedule, or click to edit metadata before it goes live.
Automatic Retry
If a scheduled publish fails because of a transient platform error (rate limit, brief 5xx, etc.), our queue (Upstash QStash) retries with exponential backoff before surfacing a hard failure for you to action.
